Food Science Discovered: The Life of a Food Science Innovation ( GPS SCSh1  SCSh6  SCSh9  ) - In this project, students will explore the life of a food science innovation through the creation of a product resume. Students will examine the life of an original product, including its discovery or invention, the history of the product, and the product’s benefits and limitations.    ( Student Handout )

Scientist Resume Project ( GPS SCSh1  SCSh6  SCSh8  SCSh9  ) - In this project, students will explore the history of science through the creation of a scientist resume. Steps to Creating a Science Research Project ( GPS SCSh1  SCSh3  SCSh6  SCSh7  SCSh9  ) - From this lesson, students will gain an understanding of soil and water relationships.
